This is a dog you won't have to walk, feed, or clean up after!

The 12 dogs that receive the most votes will be featured in the calendar and the dog with the most votes will be Top Dog and will be on the cover of the calendar.

The proceeds of the voting go to Eureka Police Department for the purchase of a new K-9 dog.

$1 per vote there’s no upper limit on the number of votes, but there is a $5 minimum at checkout. You’ll can use your credit or debit card, an echeck, or Pay Pal acct at checkout.

Calendars will be available for purchase at Eureka locations for $20 in mid-September. If you are out of the local area –please purchase calendars during the ordering process and they will be mailed to you.

We'll photograph your dog and enter him in our contest for online voting. The top twelve vote-getters will be published in a 2011 calendar. We're raising dollars to help EPD train their k-9 dogs and buy them equipment -like bullet proof vests -yes the dogs need them too - mainly because bad guys try to stab the dogs - the vest cost around $2,000 each.
